How to Find where a field is being used in MS Dynamics 365

Go to the "customizations", 

Then you will see this screen as below.

Select the entity, 

then fields, 

then that particular field. 

Then use "Show dependencies" under "more actions".

You can also export the solution with the entity and find the field name in customization.xml.
